What’s Included in this service
Consultation - We will have an initial thorough telephone or face to face consultation to understand your vision and identify the best ways to create an unforgettable experience in your chosen venue, also discussing budgets and timelines.
Moodboards -After our consultation you will receive beautifully curated mood boards that visually capture the essence of your wedding — including colour schemes, textures, décor inspiration, and layout ideas.
Call - we will schedule another call or meeting to discuss the mood boards and what you like/ dislike
Proposal of styling Sourcing and coordination of props, decor, linens, tableware, and other styling accessories. recommended list of suppliers that best fit your styling requirements including quotes
Visual Set-Up -Setting a table of your chosen look and get a feel for the space and determine the best styling options.
Stationery Design -
Communication - Regular communication with your venue coordinator and other suppliers to ensure a seamless execution.
Timeline - A comprehensive styling timeline so you know what to expect on the day.
Set-Up - On your wedding day, I’ll be there to style and set up every detail — ensuring everything is perfectly placed and exactly as envisioned.
